Import a repository

Clone an external git repository into HelixIde.app. Public repositories work over http(s); private ones need an SSH URL and a key pair from Settings → SSH keys — importing over SSH also lets the repo push back to where it came from.

http(s), ssh://, or git@host:owner/repo.git (SSH needs a key pair).

A personal repository, or one in an organization you administer.

Visibility

Only you and the people you give access can see it.
